Sunset Tea Table 

A table designed for small urban apartment living.

As urban spaces continue to become higher density objects need to address the issues of limited personal space.

The purpose of this design is to create a modern table that can be enjoyed and then easily put away and used in its stored form.

The material is European Beach and Purple Heart wood. But the design lends itself to any material natural or synthetic. Optimally it would be made out of sustainable bamboo.

Inspired by Traditional Japanese travel tea cases. 

Almost closed form of a stool for sitting on. Small magnets for a solid closure.
